These terms apply when you sell memory modules to Sell RAM via sellram.co.uk.
Any figure shown on this website or by email before inspection is an indicative estimate, based on the information you provide. It is not a binding offer. Your final price is confirmed after we receive and test your modules.
We buy memory for reuse. You confirm that the RAM you send is genuine, your property to sell, and — to the best of your knowledge — working. We test all modules on arrival. Faulty, damaged, counterfeit or untested items may be declined or returned at our discretion, or valued at a reduced figure you approve before payment.
You post your modules to us at your own cost. We recommend a tracked and insured service: risk in the goods remains with you until the parcel is received at our premises. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, or for damage caused by inadequate packaging. Please pack modules in antistatic packaging and write your order reference on the outside of the parcel.
We buy in lots of 10 modules or more. Smaller lots are not accepted at the published rates.
When you submit an order you confirm that you are the legal owner of the items and that they are not stolen or subject to finance; that the condition and specification you described are accurate; that you have backed up any data and accept that data-bearing items will be permanently erased; that the price may be adjusted if the specification differs on inspection; and that you are selling as a private individual and are not VAT-registered in relation to the sale. We record these confirmations with your order.
Once your modules are received and tested and the final figure is agreed, we pay by GBP bank transfer to the account you nominate. You are responsible for providing correct payment details.
You confirm you are entitled to sell the RAM and that any data-bearing components have been cleared by you beforehand. Title passes to us on payment. We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
