Manchester has an unusual amount of good memory in circulation for a city its size: the MediaCityUK and Spinningfields clusters refresh workstations often, Trafford Park is full of logistics and manufacturing IT, and the universities cycle lab machines every few years. All of it tends to be three to six years old — exactly the DDR4 window where server RDIMM still carries real value.
Because we are local, a Manchester lot never needs to travel far. Most sellers post it to the Rochdale unit; for anything palletised, get in touch and we will sort the logistics.
Where Manchester memory tends to come from
- City centre & Spinningfields — office refreshes and finance workstations
- MediaCityUK & Salford Quays — studio and post-production kit, usually high-spec
- Trafford Park & Old Trafford — logistics, manufacturing and warehouse IT
- Oxford Road corridor — university and research lab machines
- Stockport, Bolton, Oldham & Rochdale — the wider borough, our own back yard

How it works
- Build your list in the instant calculator — pick the capacity and the speed printed on the label.
- Submit it and we email your order reference and our address. Minimum order is 10 modules.
- Post the modules to us at your own cost, with the reference on the parcel.
- We test on arrival and pay by bank transfer, usually within 48 hours of delivery.
Not sure what you have? Photograph the labels and send them over — identifying RAM takes two minutes once you know where to look.
